A Little about Me
I appreciate you coming to this site - thank you. I have had a fabulous journey by meditating for several years and over the years I have incorporated ancient Indian and Chinese traditions to help in my day to day wellbeing. What started out as a simple "let me show you how" to my friends, I now run group sessions to help others feel more peaceful, energetic and fulfilled through meditation, yogic breathing techniques, energy flow, chakra focussing and meridian tapping.
My interest in meditation was ignited by a healer who said it would benefit me, when my life had a degree of turbulence in it. That first step led me to explore further by reading (and practicing) the works of renowned spiritual authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer and Deepak Chopra. Hand on heart - I haven't looked back.

I am a firm believer in the natural law of giving and receiving, i.e. give from the heart and receive with gratitude. I pledge to donate a minimum of 10% to a charity of your choice for every session.

My Offering
A programme combining ancient Chinese and Indian healing traditions connecting you to the mind and body. Meditation has been scientifically proven to assist in calming the mind, reduce stress, coming more focussed on the present thereby reducing the level of cortisol (a damaging stress hormone) being released into the body.
Deep and controlled yogic breathing. The parasympathetic nervous system will be activated which reduce stress responses in the body.

Exercises to improve circulatory and nervous systems, recognise your own energy flowing through your body, working on acupressure/meridian points which connect to the organs of the body
